We are currently recruiting for a 360 Recruitment Consultant to join a successful Engineering and Manufacturing recruitment team in Nottingham.
 
This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Recruitment Consultant who enjoys working in a full 360 recruitment role, managing both business development and candidate delivery, while specialising in permanent recruitment within the Engineering and Manufacturing sector.
You will be joining a high-performing recruitment team with established clients and active roles, allowing you to start billing quickly while developing and growing your own permanent recruitment desk.
The Role - 360 Recruitment Consultant
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle including:

• Business development and winning new clients within the Engineering and Manufacturing sector
• Managing existing client relationships and developing new accounts
• Recruiting for permanent Engineering and Manufacturing positions
• Sourcing and interviewing candidates
• Managing offers, negotiations and placements
• Developing and growing your own permanent recruitment desk

Requirements

• Experience working as a 360 Recruitment Consultant
• Proven experience in recruitment sales or agency recruitment
• Strong business development and client relationship skills
• Ability to manage the full recruitment cycle
• Engineering recruitment or Manufacturing recruitment experience would be an advantage
