Van Technician - Plymouth Location: Plymouth Salary: £33,000 basic with OTE of £55,000+ Hours: Alternating shifts (Mon-Fri):
07:30 - 16:00
09:30 - 18:00 (30-minute lunch break) Overtime: Saturday mornings (08:00 - 13:00) on a rota, paid at time and a half Bonus: Sign-on bonus available
About the Role We are seeking skilled and motivated Van Technicians to join a busy and successful aftersales team in Plymouth. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with strong earning potential and ongoing career development. You will be responsible for carrying out high-quality servicing, diagnostics, and repairs across a range of vans, ensuring all work is completed efficiently, safely, and to manufacturer standards. Key Responsibilities
Perform servicing and maintenance in line with manufacturer and company standards
Diagnose faults and complete detailed repair job sheets
Carry out repairs using workshop systems and technical information
Identify and report any additional work required
Conduct final inspections and functional testing on completed work
Complete all relevant documentation for invoicing

Requirements
Previous experience in the motor industry (van experience preferred)
Strong attention to detail and a team-focused approach
