Van Technician - Exeter
Location: Exeter
Salary: £33,000 basic with OTE of £55,000+
Hours: Alternating shifts (Mon-Fri):

• 07:30 - 16:00
• 09:30 - 18:00
  (30-minute lunch break)
  Overtime: Saturday mornings (08:00 - 13:00) on a rota, paid at time and a half
  Bonus: Sign-on bonus available

About the Role
We are seeking skilled and motivated Van Technicians to join a busy and successful aftersales team in Exeter. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with strong earning potential and ongoing career development.
You will be responsible for carrying out high-quality servicing, diagnostics, and repairs across a range of vans, ensuring all work is completed efficiently, safely, and to manufacturer standards.
Key Responsibilities

• Perform servicing and maintenance in line with manufacturer and company standards
• Diagnose faults and complete detailed repair job sheets
• Carry out repairs using workshop systems and technical information
• Identify and report any additional work required
• Conduct final inspections and functional testing on completed work
• Complete all relevant documentation for invoicing

Requirements

• Previous experience in the motor industry (van experience preferred)
• Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance qualification (or equivalent)
• Strong attention to detail and a team-focused approach
• Willingness to learn and develop
