Vehicle Sales Consultant - Mere Location: Mere Salary: £21,000 basic | OTE £40,000+ (uncapped commission) Hours:
Monday - Friday: 08:30 - 18:00 (one day off in the week)
Saturday: 08:30 - 17:00
Sunday: 10:00 - 16:00 (currently under review for closure)
Driver Licence: Full UK licence required (max 6 points) About the Role We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Vehicle Sales Consultant to join a successful and growing dealership team in Mere. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven sales professional to maximise earnings through an uncapped commission structure while developing their career in a supportive environment. You will play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience, from first enquiry through to vehicle handover and beyond. Key Responsibilities
Welcome and engage customers in the dealership
Build strong relationships and understand individual customer needs
Present vehicles and provide expert product knowledge
Generate leads through proactive prospecting
Manage the full sales process from enquiry to delivery
Negotiate and close sales in line with FCA guidelines
