An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Principal Recruitment Consultant to join a growing recruitment business specialising in White Collar Civil Engineering recruitment in Nottingham.
This role will focus on permanent placements, managing a well-established desk with warm clients already in place, allowing you to hit the ground running while continuing to grow and develop the desk.
We are looking for a proven biller with a strong recruitment background who is ready to take the next step in their career and play a key role in developing the White Collar Civils market.
 
The Role
 
As a Principal Recruitment Consultant, you will:

• Manage a permanent recruitment desk within the White Collar Civils sector
• Work with existing warm clients while also developing new business opportunities
• Manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle from client acquisition through to placement
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates
• Identify and develop new opportunities within the civil engineering market
• Contribute to the continued growth and success of the recruitment team

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior or Principal Recruitment Consultant
• Background in White Collar Civil Engineering or Construction recruitment
• Demonstrated track record of billing and successful placements
• Strong business development and client management skills
• Ambitious, driven and commercially focused
