We're looking for a Talent & Workforce Team Lead to take ownership of both recruitment delivery and workforce planning across a defined portfolio of services.
 
The Role
This is a hands-on leadership role leading recruitment and workforce planning across a defined portfolio.
You will:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for critical, complex, and hard-to-fill roles
• Drive workforce planning, forecasting, and risk mitigation
• Lead and coach a Talent & Workforce Advisor and Officer
• Act as the escalation point for high-risk or complex workforce matters
• Partner with Service Leaders and Regional Managers to deliver proactive, data-informed workforce solutions
• Use workforce data and insights to inform decisions
• Ensure compliant, structured, and high-quality delivery
• This role requires regular travel across services within your portfolio to support on-site workforce delivery

You will bring:

• Strong experience across end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning
• Proven ability to manage complexity and competing priorities
• Strong stakeholder influence and decision-making capability
• Confidence working with workforce data and insights
• Experience coaching or leading others
• A structured, detail-focused approach
