Guardian Angels OSHC is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Educators to join our team. Supporting up to 140 children across Before School Care, After School Care, and Vacation Care, our service is a vibrant and engaging environment where no two days are ever the same.

About the Role As an OSHC Educator, you'll play an important role in creating a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment where children can learn, play, and thrive. Working alongside a supportive team, you'll help deliver meaningful experiences that encourage creativity, confidence, and belonging.
What You'll Be Doing
- Support the daily care and supervision of children in a large and dynamic OSHC setting
- Deliver engaging play-based experiences that reflect children's interests
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment
- Work collaboratively with a high-performing team to achieve positive outcomes for children
- Assist with the day-to-day operations of the service and program delivery
What We're Looking For - Experience working with school-aged children in an OSHC, education, recreation, or care setting, not essential but highly regarded.
- A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their growth and development
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A positive, reliable, and proactive approach
- Ability to create engaging experiences that are fun, inclusive, and child-focused
- Current completion of, or willingness to complete, mandatory National Child Safety Training (Gecko Learning)
