Casual OSHC Educators – Christ the King Graceville

Christ the King Outside School Hours Care is looking for enthusiastic Casual Educators to join our dedicated team. Our service provides before school care, after school care, and vacation care for up to 65 children, delivering engaging experiences that support children's wellbeing, development, and sense of belonging.
About the Role
As a Casual Educator, you'll play a key role in creating a safe, welcoming, and fun environment where children can explore their interests, develop new skills, and build lasting friendships.
Your Responsibilities
- Create engaging, inclusive, and play-based experiences that reflect children's interests and strengths
- Support children's learning, development, and wellbeing in a nurturing environment
- Maintain a safe and welcoming space for all children
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Work collaboratively as part of a supportive and passionate team
- Participate in exciting excursions and special events during Vacation Care

What We're Looking For ✔ Current Queensland Blue Card (or ability to obtain one)
✔ Current completion (or willingness to complete prior to commencement) of mandatory National Child Training (via Geckko).
✔ A genuine passion for working with school-aged children
✔ Knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and
My Time, Our Place (MTOP), or a willingness to learn
✔ Positive attitude, reliability, and a team-focused approach
