OSHC Service Leader & Assistant Coordinator
Multiple Full-Time Opportunities Across Greater Brisbane
Lead an Established Service. Rebuild and Reignite a Community. Or Grow as Part of a Leadership Team.
Not all leadership opportunities are the same—and that's exactly why we're hiring.
At Catholic Early EdCare (CEEC), we're looking for passionate and capable OSHC Coordinators and Assistant Coordinators to join our growing network of services across Greater Brisbane.
Choose the Path That Fits You Best:
- The Stabiliser: Take the reins of a highly regarded, well-established service with a brilliant, capable team already in place.
- The Builder: Use your vision and energy to step into a service that needs rebuilding, injecting fresh ideas and creating a brand-new culture.
- The Dream Team: Want to work with your favourite colleague? We are open to hiring established duos.
This is your chance to find a role that matches your leadership style, strengths and career aspirations.
A Support Culture That Actually Has Your Back Forget being left to figure it out alone. You will be backed by highly engaged Area and Regional Managers who are genuinely present in your service and invested in your success. Plus, you will have direct access to our brand-new team of dedicated A&R Quality Professionals. These compliance superstars work side-by-side with you year-round, demystifying the NQF and keeping your service permanently "A&R ready" so you can breeze through assessments with absolute peace of mind.
