Tempting Recruitment are working alongside our client, an Engineering company, who are looking for a Contract Manager to join their team in Kent. 

Position: Contract Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include: 

• Hold responsibility for coordinating with clients and managing contracts, ensuring compliance is met with industry standards. 
• Negotiate contracts and supervise contract execution, handling any changes to agreements or disputes. 
• Oversee project timelines and manage budgets. 
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project completion. 

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies: 

• Experience in contract management, administration and negotiation. 
• Cost management and forecasting skills as well as estimating and cost control. 
• Hold strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards. 
• IT competent, particularly with Microsoft and Excel.
