Position: Application Support Officer
Rate: £316.42 per day (Umbrella, Inside IR35)
Contract Duration: Temporary (4 Months) with Possible Extension 

Key Responsibilities:

• Application Support Management: Oversee the development, implementation, and improvement of policies, processes, and standards for application support.
• Service Improvement: Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to enhance service performance.
• Helpdesk Oversight: Manage the day-to-day service desk function, ensuring timely incident resolution and effective communication with users.

• Technical Expertise: Strong experience in application support, including managing system upgrades, troubleshooting, and service desk operations.
• Leadership & Team Management: Proven ability to lead, support, and develop a team within an IT environment.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to analyse technical issues, implement solutions, and improve service delivery.
