Position: Private Client Paralegal         
Rate: Dependent on Experience

JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include: 

• Dealing with probate matters from start to completion with minimal supervision. 
• Assisting fee earners, taking on some responsibility at times. 
• Drafting key documents such as wills, deputyship applications, etc. 
• Liaising with third parties.  

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have the following skills and competencies:

• 1-2 years previous experience within a similar role. 
• Highly organised and able to manage deadlines. 
• Proficient with Microsoft Office. 
• Strong communication skills.
