The Role:

• Manage a clean, well-maintained portfolio of 190+ properties
• Up to $100,000+ inc. plus Commission
• Hands-on support with leasing & admin assistance
• Saturday's required 1 in 10/12 with time in lieu
• WFH flexibility with modern systems & training
• Career progression with a company in growth phase

About You:

• Minimum 2+ year experience as a Senior Property Manager
• Current Agents Representative Certificate 
• Current VIC Driver’s License & reliable vehicle
• Familiar with systems such as PropertyMe, Property Tree, IRE, Inspection Express
• Strong communication, interpersonal & time management skills
• Solid knowledge of property legislation
• Professional, reliable & well-presented
