Are you looking to take your career to the next level? We’re currently seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join a well-established and growing agency. This is a fantastic opportunity to manage a quality portfolio, work with high-level clients, and gain valuable Tier 1 exposure.

The Role
You will be responsible for managing a commercial portfolio end-to-end, with support provided where needed. Your day-to-day will include:

• Managing landlord and tenant relationships
• Lease administration, renewals, and negotiations
• Rent reviews and arrears management
• Coordinating maintenance and contractors
• Preparing budgets and financial reporting
• Conducting property inspections
• Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation

About You

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in commercial property management
• Strong understanding of commercial lease structures
• Bachelor’s degree in Property, Marketing or similar highly regarded (not essential)
• Have an Agents Representative Certificate  
• Experience working with high-level clients and stakeholders
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Confident communicator with a polished, professional approach
• Ability to manage your time and portfolio autonomously
