Property Manager
Up to $85,000 + Super | End-to-End Portfolio

A well-established real estate agency located in Melbourne's northern suburbs is seeking an experienced and confident Property Manager to join their supportive and collaborative team. This is an excellent opportunity for a portfolio manager who enjoys autonomy while being part of a stable and friendly office environment.

Due to ongoing portfolio stability and team structure, this role will see you take ownership of a well-maintained residential portfolio of approximately 160 properties.

The Opportunity:

This position is ideal for a Property Manager who enjoys building strong landlord and tenant relationships while delivering high-quality service across the full property management lifecycle.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing a residential portfolio end-to-end
• Coordinating maintenance requests and repairs
• Conducting routine inspections and managing ingoing/outgoing reports
• Handling lease renewals, rent reviews and arrears
• Liaising with landlords and tenants to resolve issues
• Attending VCAT if required
• Maintaining accurate records within PropertyMe and inspection systems

Key Details:

• Salary up to $85,000 + Super
• 1 in 5 Saturdays with time in lieu
• Flexible hours available for the right candidate

What We're Looking For:

• Ideally 2+ years experience managing your own portfolio
• Confident communicator with strong relationship management skills
• Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Professional presentation and customer-focused mindset
• Ability to work both autonomously and within a team
