This dedicated and results-driven team is looking for a Leasing Consultant to join their high-performing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with at least six months of experience in real estate or leasing, looking to take the next step in their career. You will work closely with an experienced property management team, gaining invaluable insights while playing a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our leasing portfolio. 
  
Key duties include (but not limited to):

• Manage the leasing of up to 18-20 properties per month
• Conducting open home inspections 
• Process Rental applications efficiently and accurately
• Create and send lease agreements to landlords and tenants 
• Present applications to landlords for approval 
• Marketing & advertising of rental properties 
• Handle bond lodgements in accordance with regulations

About You:

• Prior experience within the Real Estate Industry (Ideally leasing)
• Current Real Estate Certificate or License - Required
• Must hold a valid drivers license & reliable car 
• High developed written & verbal skills
• Professional presentation 
• Outstanding time management
