Up to $75K + Super + Car Allowance

Monday – Friday | 9:00am – 5:30pm

Saturdays 1 in 4 (time in lieu)

If you’re a Property Manager with 2+ years experience looking for a well-supported portfolio and a team environment that values organisation and efficiency, this could be a great opportunity.

The Role You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of approximately 130 residential properties while being supported by admin/VA assistance and on-road support, allowing you to focus on relationship management and portfolio performance.

Your Responsibility:

• Managing landlord and tenant relationships
• Coordinating maintenance and repairs
• Managing arrears and lease renewals
• Conducting routine inspections (with support)
• Ensuring portfolio compliance and documentation
• General portfolio management duties

System Use:

• PropertyTree
• Snug
• Inspection Express

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years experience in residential property management
• Strong organisation and time management
• Confident communication with landlords and tenants
• Experience using PropertyTree or similar systems
• Ability to manage a portfolio efficiently

Salary & Benefits:

• Up to $75,000 + Super
• Laptop provided
• 1 in 4 Saturdays with time in lieu
• Support from VA/Admin and on-road team
