This is a role for someone who thrives on ownership. You’ll step into a clean, structured portfolio with the systems, support and brand behind you to operate at a high level, without the chaos.

The Opportunity

• Oversee a residential portfolio of 160+ properties across Brunswick and surrounding inner-north suburbs
• Up to $92,000 package + commission structure
• 1 in 4 Saturdays with time in lieu
• 1 Day Working from Home

About You

• Proven experience in Property Management (12+ months)
• Agents Representative Certificate (VIC)
• Driver’s licence & reliable vehicle
• Highly organised, solutions-focused and confident in your communication
• You care about service, presentation and building long-term client relationships
