A well-established real estate office operating within Melbourne’s inner-city market is seeking a motivated Sales Consultant to join their high-performing sales team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build or further develop their career in residential real estate sales within a premium property market.

The Opportunity:

As a Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in building relationships with buyers and vendors while assisting in driving the success of the sales department.

Responsibilities will include:

• Prospecting for new business opportunities
• Building relationships with buyers and vendors
• Conducting open homes and private inspections
• Assisting with listing presentations and marketing campaigns
• Managing buyer enquiries and negotiations
• Supporting the sales team through the full sales process
• Maintaining accurate records within CRM systems
• This role suits someone driven, confident and passionate about the property industry.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous real estate sales or sales associate experience highly regarded
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Professional presentation and strong work ethic
• Confidence building relationships with clients
• Self-motivated with a positive and proactive attitude
• Agents Representative Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
