Commercial Property Manager - Full Time or Part Time
 
Join a well-established and supportive real estate agency in the north-west of Melbourne where you will take ownership of a mixed commercial portfolio.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Manager seeking flexibility, autonomy and stability within a collaborative team environment. You will be responsible for managing approximately 100–110 commercial properties, including retail, office and industrial assets, with ongoing support provided by the current Commercial Property Manager, particularly around lease renewals and portfolio guidance.

The Role:

• Diverse Portfolio: Manage a mixed portfolio of 100+ commercial properties including retail, office and industrial assets.
• Work-Life Balance: Flexible opportunity available full-time or part-time, Monday to Friday, within a stable office-based environment.
• Supportive Agency: Join a trusted, well-established real estate brand with strong leadership and structured portfolio support.
• Meaningful Responsibilities: Take ownership of lease negotiations, rent reviews, portfolio performance and maintenance coordination.
• Competitive Package: Earn up to $110,000 + Super, depending on your level of commercial property management experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Portfolio Management: Deliver high-quality management across a diverse commercial portfolio of 100+ properties.
• Leasing & Negotiation: Manage lease agreements, renewals, rent reviews and tenant retention strategies.
• Financial Oversight: Monitor arrears, manage property budgets and support optimisation of portfolio financial performance.
• Tenant & Landlord Relationships: Build strong professional relationships, respond to enquiries promptly and resolve issues effectively.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all properties meet relevant commercial tenancy legislation, building compliance and safety standards.
• Reporting & Strategy: Prepare owner reports, track portfolio KPIs and provide performance insights to clients

What You Bring to the Table:

• Proven experience managing a commercial property portfolio
• Strong understanding of commercial leasing processes and legislation
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with a wider team
• High level organisational and time management skills
• Current Agent’s Representative Certificate or relevant qualification
