Leasing | Assistant Property Manager (TEMP)

A well-established and highly regarded real estate agency based in the Geelong area is seeking a Temporary Assistant Property Manager to support their busy and growing team.

This role will see you working across two office locations, assisting with a large and active portfolio spanning the wider Geelong and Bellarine region. You’ll be supporting both the Property Management and Leasing teams, making this a hands-on and varied position.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to step into a fast-paced environment and gain strong exposure across both leasing and property management functions.

The Opportunity:
This position is designed to support the wider team, assisting with workload management while also taking ownership of key leasing responsibilities.
There is also potential for this role to evolve, with the business currently reviewing team structure and considering a longer-term or full-time Property Manager position.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assisting Property Managers with day-to-day portfolio support
• Conducting leasing opens and managing tenant enquiries
• Completing ingoing condition reports
• Supporting administration and compliance tasks
• Liaising with tenants, landlords, and internal stakeholders
• Assisting across a busy, high-volume portfolio

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in real estate (Leasing / Assistant PM / Property Management)
• Confident working in a fast-paced, team environment
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Experience with PropertyMe, Inspection Express and IRE highly regarded
• Valid driver’s licence preferred

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday
• 9:00am – 5:00pm
• No weekend work required
