The Role

• End-to-end management of a well-supported residential portfolio 
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Oversee maintenance, repairs, and rent reviews
• Conduct routine inspections and lease renewals
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation
• Play a key role as the property management department undergoes restructuring

About You

• A current Agents Representative Certificate
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in residential property management
• Strong understanding of Victorian Residential Tenancies legislation
• Excellent attention to detail and time management
• Positive, proactive, and team-focused approach
• Fluent Mandarin speaking – essential for client communication
