With multiple offices across the inner Melbourne CBD and working exclusively. This long standing agency is now in pursuit of a self motivated and switched on professional ready to kick start their property management career. Based around the Melbourne CBD and surrounds, we are seeking a Field Officer. This is an Entry Level position or someone with less than 12 months experience in real estate.

THE ROLE

• Liaising with the property management department with all inspections
• Management of all property advertisements including scheduling of opens, routines etc.
• Preparing relevant reports and providing to the team
• Bond lodgements, lease preparation and signing up with renters

Working Tuesday to Saturday (Monday's off), this role will be working in a high pressure and fast paced environment where no two days are the same. 

IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Suitable for Entry Level candidates or 12+ months experience
• Ability to work in a large team working on multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and highly organised
• A team player with a can do attitude 
• Proactive and good interpersonal skills
• Passion for real estate and thrive on challenges

TO BE CONSIDERED YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING: 

• Agents Representative Certificate (VIC)
• Current Police Check 
• Own car and VIC Drivers License
• Have a strong PASSION for Real Estate
• Display a strong work ethic and reliability
