What we expect from you: - To be able to identify and attract high calibre candidates for various positions across multiple industries
- To phone qualify candidates and arrange interviews
- To take responsibility and be proactive for candidate care to keep in regular contact with our candidate networks
- Able to work collaboratively with the entire team, we have a very open office environment with lots of split deals
- Have a persistence, resilience, drive, and determination to succeed
- Some who has a great sense of humour is a must
- Someone who takes pride in your work & presentation
