Locally, the franchise is run by a hands on Director who’s built a strong pipeline of work but is now ready to expand the team. With 5+ months of renovations already secured, he’s on the lookout for a capable, solutions focused Site Manager to help bring these projects to life, whilst also freeing him up to bring in more!

About the role / responsibilities:
This is a part time Site Manager role (20 hours per week, across set days), ideal for someone who enjoys autonomy, project variety, and working with quality focused teams.
You won’t be on the tools, instead your role is to keep things running smoothly on site, with regular check ins with the Director (no micromanagement, just good communication).
