Qualified Plumbers - Whangārei

Lynx Recruitment is working with a well-established plumbing, gas fitting, and drainlaying company based in Whangārei. They're currently looking to add skilled and motivated plumbers to their growing team. The work spans across residential, commercial, and maintenance jobs, offering a solid mix of projects.
Both fully qualified plumbers and those in their 3rd or 4th year of apprenticeship will be considered.

• Competitive hourly rate between $30–$40 depending on experience

Key duties include:

• Plumbing for new housing projects
• Maintenance and servicing of existing homes and buildings
• Installation of hot water cylinders and plumbing fixtures
• Reading and interpreting job specifications
• Working independently or alongside a team

Requirements:

• Current NZ PGDB license, or progressing through 3rd/4th year of apprenticeship
• Full NZ driver’s license
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the trade (or nearing qualification)
• Strong communication skills and customer service approach
• Health and safety awareness
• NZ residency, citizenship, or a valid work visa
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug test and medical
• Must have own reliable transport
