Sales Manager  - Inbound Leads – Roofing Industry
 
Lynx Recruitment are partnered with an Auckland based roofing contractor who are looking at adding a Sales Manager to the team, to manage the sales funnel.
 
The role will require knowledge of roofing - ideally in a roofing sales role - as these will be the candidates who will be able to put their own stamp on this
 
No need to reinvent the wheel, there are systems in place. 
We need someone who knows how to quote and price roofing, with an exceptional can-do attitude
 
The candidate should be a real team player as collaboration across the wider team will be critical to the successful delivery / construction of these jobs, after the sale is done.
 
This role isn’t your average sales job.
We’re working exclusively with a well-established roofing business that’s raised the bar when it comes to marketing, systems, and inbound lead generation.

The leads are warm and ready — from landing pages, inbound quote requests, digital campaigns, and strategic follow-ups.
 
Here’s what you need to know:

• You’ll be stepping into a high-performing sales engine.
• Your background in roofing (sales, estimating, or PM’ing) gives you a serious edge.
• The roofing industry experience is an absolute must - open to an estimator, or PM etc that has excellent sales skills.
• The base salary pays up to $80k. The bonus? Up to $60k — and it’s genuinely achievable.
• Vehicle and fuel card included.
• Well resourced team, strong forward workload.
