We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager who can confidently run multiple construction projects at once. You’ll be joining a well-established, purpose-driven construction company delivering residential and mixed-tenure housing developments across New Zealand.

This is a key role for someone who thrives on complexity, is highly organised, and understands the importance of quality, compliance, and strong stakeholder relationships.

You'll act as a Project Delivery lead, liaising with all internal staff.

The successful candidate for this role will hold strong leadership values, who will drive company values both internally and for their clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage 2–4 projects concurrently, across different stages of the project lifecycle
• Oversee pre-construction, procurement, delivery, and handover
• Own and manage project budgets with input from internal QS teams
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, consultants, council, and internal site teams
• Ensure quality assurance, site compliance, and health and safety standards are upheld
• Track and report project progress using Procore or similar project software
• Lead regular meetings, client updates, and progress reports
• Mentor junior staff and foster a collaborative site culture

• Proven experience managing multiple projects at once in a construction environment - multi unit residential, 3 storey walkups.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and delivery skills
• Proficiency with Procore or similar project delivery systems
• Strong understanding of NZBC, compliance, consent processes, and H&S frameworks
• Confident communicator who can build trust with all project stakeholders
• LBP Site 2 or equivalent preferred
