About the client:
Our client is a well established commercial builder that’s genuinely doing things differently. They’ve carved out a strong name for themselves delivering fast paced, high quality commercial projects across Aotearoa, from Auckland to Queenstown and everywhere in between. Their work spans a range of sectors including retail, commercial interiors, new builds, and industrial, with projects typically valued between $500K and $1M.
Right now, they’re on the lookout for a Site Manager to jump on board in a travel based role. You’ll be flown to wherever the next project is, starting with a tidy 8 – 10 week job in Christchurch!
The best part? You only ever manage one site at a time, and everything’s covered, flights, hotels / accommodation, rental car – all sorted. It’s a great setup if you like focus, autonomy, and getting the job done without the micromanagement.
About the role / responsibilities:
This is a travel based Site Manager position, ideal for someone who enjoys running projects independently and seeing them through from start to finish.
You'll be flown in and out to each site, with flights, hotel / accommodation, and rental car all covered. Each project runs for 8 – 10 weeks, with a clean handover before you roll onto the next one, no juggling multiple jobs or site chaos.
