Role Snapshot: 

As our Administration Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our single-family Build-to-Rent (BTR) communities.
  
Working closely with the Leasing & Property Management team, you will help deliver a seamless renter journey, ensure compliance, and contribute to building thriving, well-maintained communities that renters love coming home to.

This role is perfect for someone looking to grow into a senior property role, with hands-on training, exposure to all aspects of leasing and operations, and the chance to be part of an industry-leading BTR project.

A Day in the Life

• Support the leasing process including enquiry management, working on processing applications checking compliance for Cohort and Income criteria.
• Prepare and review Entry Condition Reports, move-in documentation, and compliance checks.
• Assist with renter onboarding and provide friendly, timely communication throughout their journey.
• Help maintain accurate tenancy records, CRM updates, application documentation, and regulatory paperwork.
• Respond proactively to renter questions and general enquiries.
• Assist senior team members to deliver excellent service standards, community engagement, and retention outcomes.
• Support compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act, Privacy Act, Anti-Discrimination legislation and HAAF guidelines.

About You: 

You are proactive, organised, and eager to learn the ropes of property management within a modern, community-focused BTR environment.

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

• A valid & current Cert IV in Real Estate Practice
• Experience in residential leasing, admin support, customer service or property operations (preferred but not essential)
• Strong communication skills with the confidence to interact with renters, trades, and stakeholders
• A can-do attitude, strong attention to detail, and a desire to progress in the property sector
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
