About the Role
At Hive Property, the Customer Service Coordinator supports the Leasing & Property Management team by coordinating key collections, assisting with inspections, managing open homes, processing lease renewals and maintaining tenant communications.
Collaborating with our Hive team and Virtual Assistants, you’ll help drive seamless operations while supporting marketing, staging, and advertising to attract top tenants. This role is based in Kelvin Grove, but you'll occasionally be asked to work from our Springfield office to assist our Property Manager.
Key Responsibilities include:

- Manage daily front desk operations, providing exceptional service to residents, tenants, and guests.
- Handle resident enquiries related to tenancy, wellbeing, and general needs, resolving or escalating issues as required.
- Oversee resident check-ins/check-outs and support leasing, inspections, and property management tasks.
- Liaise with maintenance, cleaning, contractors, and security to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Perform administrative tasks, including mail management, end-of-shift processing, and maintaining a professional reception area.
Skills & Experience: To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Unrestricted Work Rights in Australia.
- Valid National Police Check (within 3 months or be willing to obtain)
- Tech-savvy and confident with property management systems – experience with Property Tree highly regarded
- Excellent written + verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with tenants, contractors and internal teams
- Previous experience in front office, reception, or hospitality environments (desirable).

- Working with Children’s Check (Blue Card).
- Valid Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (or be willing to obtain)
