As a Resident Experience Team Member, you are the face of the building and the heartbeat of the resident journey – ensuring every interaction is seamless, professional, and genuinely welcoming. This role blends customer service excellence with operational precision to create an exceptional living experience from enquiry through to renewal.
  
We are currently hiring for this position in a permanent full‑time capacity or on a 12‑month fixed‑term basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  
At a glance, you will:
  

• Deliver warm, responsive, and proactive service that drives satisfaction and long-term retention.
• Manage day-to-day reception, enquiries, and administration with efficiency and professionalism.
• Take accountability for resident concerns, maintenance coordination, and follow-through to completion.
• Assist with rent collection, arrears management, reconciliations, and ensure legislative compliance.
• Support leasing, engagement initiatives, and foster a positive, inclusive community culture.

Your Strengths and Experience:

At WeAreLiving Queens, we are seeking a service-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, community-focused environment. You communicate with clarity and confidence, build rapport effortlessly, and approach challenges with practical solutions and accountability. You will also have:

• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail with a results-focused mindset
• Effective time management and the ability to multi-task in a busy environment
• Completed Cert IV in Real Estate/Agent’s Representative Certificate (VIC)
• Unrestricted working rights in Australia & National Police Check.
