Job Title:          Sales Executive
Type:                  Permanent
Location:         Bracknell
Salary:              £38,500 per annum
Hours:               Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm
  
BRC are working closely with a leading housing provider who are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join their team in Bracknell.
  
This role involves managing and overseeing a portfolio of new homes across both Shared Ownership and Market Sale, delivering sales targets, maximising lead conversion and providing customers with a professional service throughout the sales journey.
  
Duties:

• Manage an allocated portfolio and ensure the successful delivery of the sales programme.
• Deliver agreed sales targets, maximising lead conversion and closing sales.
• Progress buyers through the sales process, including accompanied viewings.
• Liaise with solicitors, estate agents, lenders, developers and other property professionals.
• Process buyer applications, including detailed financial assessments and Anti-Money Laundering checks.
• Provide customers with professional advice from the beginning to the end of their customer journey.
• Work closely with the Development team to ensure customers receive accurate information, plans and layouts.
• Attend regular project meetings relating to allocated developments.
• Maintain accurate systems and documentation, ensuring all sales have a fully compliant audit trail.
• Carry out monthly property inspections on void units to identify maintenance requirements and ensure security.
• Deputise for other Sales Executives when required.
• Some weekend working may occasionally be required.

  
Requirements:

• Knowledge of the property market, including current and future market trends.
• Experience working within a busy sales environment.
• Experience in the set-up and management of new build developments.
• Knowledge and understanding of affordable home ownership schemes, including Shared Ownership and Help to Buy.
• Experience of the house sales process, mortgages and conveyancing.
• Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience of market research and competitor analysis, with the ability to interpret trends and produce accurate reports and recommendations.
• Strong written, literacy, numeracy and IT skills, including practical experience with Microsoft applications.
• Full driving licence with appropriate business insurance and/or the ability to travel efficiently to customer appointments and meetings.
