BRC are working closely with a leading housing provider to recruit a skilled Painter and Decorator. Working across Bracknell and the surrounding areas.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Carry out internal painting, decorating and finishing works to a high standard.
• Undertake mould treatments and ventilation checks where required.
• Prepare surfaces, complete remedial works and ensure a professional finish on every job.
• Deliver a reliable, efficient service while working in occupied properties and respecting residents and their homes.
• Keep customers informed of progress and communicate professionally throughout each job.
• Manage materials, tools and equipment effectively, ensuring work is completed safely and within agreed timescales.
• Work alongside other trades and colleagues to support property maintenance and improvement programmes.
• Participate in an out-of-hours call-out rota as required.

About You

• You have practical decorating experience and take pride in producing quality finishes.
• You're reliable, organised and able to manage your workload independently.
• You understand the importance of customer service and working respectfully in residents' homes.
• You have a proactive approach to problem-solving and maintaining high standards of workmanship.
• A full UK driving licence is essential.
• You'll need to provide your own hand and power tools.
