We are working with a leading housing association who are looking for a Communal Services Cleaner to join their busy frontline team in Bracknell.

As a Communal Services Cleaner, you'll make a visible difference every day. By caring for communal areas, lounges, dining rooms, kitchens, bathrooms, guest rooms and laundry facilities, you'll help create spaces that are warm, welcoming and ready to be enjoyed.

Your work will play an important part in supporting residents' wellbeing and helping them feel proud of where they live.

You'll work independently, managing your own workload while also being part of a supportive team that shares a passion for delivering a great service. Along the way, you'll build positive relationships with residents and colleagues, taking pride in maintaining spaces that are safe, clean and welcoming.

Key Responsibilities

• Cleaning and maintaining communal areas to a high standard
• Cleaning lounges, dining rooms, kitchens, bathrooms, guest rooms and laundry facilities
• Using a range of cleaning products and equipment safely and effectively
• Ensuring communal spaces are clean, safe and welcoming
• Managing your own workload and completing tasks efficiently
• Reporting any maintenance, health and safety or other issues when required
• Building positive relationships with residents and colleagues
• Providing a friendly, professional and reliable service

What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is reliable, organised and enjoys practical, hands-on work.

You'll ideally have experience in a:

• Cleaning role
• Caretaking role
• Facilities role
• Housing or communal services environment

You should be comfortable using a range of cleaning products and equipment and, most importantly, care about delivering a high-quality service.
We're looking for someone with:

• A great eye for detail
• A positive and professional attitude
• Good organisational skills
• The ability to work independently and manage your own workload
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Pride in delivering a clean, safe and welcoming environment

A full UK driving licence is essential, as you'll travel between different locations during your working day.
