Marketing Executive
Type: Permanent
Location: Eastleigh
Salary: £35,460 - £39,400 per annum, depending on experience
Hours: 37 hours a week
 
BRC are working closely with a client who is looking for an experienced Marketing Executive to join their Sales and Marketing team in Eastleigh on a permanent basis.
 
This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and organised marketing professional to plan and deliver marketing campaigns for new-build developments and resale properties, with a focus on generating high-quality leads and supporting sales targets.
 
This role involves:
Planning and delivering development-specific marketing strategies, creating engaging digital content and coordinating promotional activity to support property sales.
 
Duties:

• Plan and implement marketing strategies for new-build developments and resale properties.
• Create and maintain engaging website content and property portal listings.
• Write and produce marketing content, including blogs, brochures, press adverts, SMS communications and digital marketing materials.
• Plan and deliver launch campaigns and events for new sites and development phases.
• Coordinate the production of high-quality marketing materials with graphic designers and external suppliers.
• Keep sales and customer service teams informed of current and upcoming marketing activity.
• Evaluate campaign performance, identify improvements and share key learnings.
• Organise and promote events, including open days and exhibitions, with occasional evening and weekend attendance.
• Keep up to date with relevant legislation and ensure marketing procedures are updated where necessary.

Requirements:

• A marketing degree, CIM qualification or equivalent experience is desirable.
• Experience delivering creative marketing campaigns and managing marketing projects and events.
• Strong project management, organisational and prioritisation skills.
• Experience organising promotional events, shows or exhibitions.
• Experience with digital advertising, CMS and CRM systems.
• Property marketing experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work with a range of stakeholders.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to use initiative while meeting strict deadlines.
• A team-focused approach, with the ability to share ideas and work collaboratively.
• A full driving licence and appropriate business insurance, or the ability to travel efficiently to meetings and customer visits where public transport is not available.
