BRC are currently recruiting for a Team Leader to join a supportive mental health service in Ceredigion.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced support worker or senior practitioner to lead a team supporting individuals experiencing mental ill-health, homelessness and complex needs.
Key responsibilities include:
· Leading and supporting a team of support workers
· Coordinating day-to-day service delivery, caseloads and rotas
· Supporting staff with risk, safeguarding and complex situations
· Working closely with health, social care and other partner agencies
· Supporting staff with induction, supervision and development
· Monitoring records, outcomes and quality of service delivery
· Taking part in an on-call rota, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays
Experience
· Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification, or working towards Level 4/5 Leadership & Management
· Experience within mental health, health or social care
· Experience supporting or leading staff
· Good understanding of safeguarding and risk management
· Strong communication, organisation and report-writing skills
· Full driving licence and access to a vehicle
· Social Care Wales registration desirable
