Our client is looking for an experienced and proactive IT Executive to support and optimize their digital infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations across systems, platforms, and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the company's CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy, usability, and integration with other platforms.
• Oversee and support the use of Google Workspace products (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.) across the organization.
• Implement and monitor marketing and workflow automations to increase operational efficiency.
• Maintain and update company websites for optimal performance, user experience, and SEO.
• Build, test, and optimize funnels for lead generation and conversion in collaboration with marketing and sales teams.
• Troubleshoot IT-related issues and provide timely support to team members.
• Collaborate with various departments to identify tech needs and recommend innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in a similar IT or digital operations role.
• Strong understanding of CRM platforms (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Proficiency in Google Workspace tools and settings administration.
• Experience with website management (WordPress or similar CMS), basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Familiarity with funnel-building tools (e.g., ClickFunnels, Leadpages) and automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make/Integromat).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Analytical thinking with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple tech-related tasks and priorities efficiently.
