Our client, a reputable business setup company, is seeking a Business Setup Advisor (B2B) to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales through channel partners and consultants, maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring excellent service delivery. This role requires a motivated professional with solid market knowledge and a proven track record in business setup or a related industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve monthly sales and GP targets through channel partners and consultants.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, consultants, and channel partners.
• Deliver excellent customer service to enhance partner satisfaction and experience.
• Update and maintain the CRM system for accurate pipeline tracking and opportunity management.
• Ensure cost-clarity and customer satisfaction throughout the setup process.
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of the UAE business setup market and SPC offerings.
• Work closely with account managers and compliance teams to provide consultants with status updates and resolve any issues.
• Identify and proactively pursue opportunities for future business growth.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years successful sales experience in business setup/company formation or a related industry.
• Strong negotiation, sales, and relationship management skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
