Our client, a leading organization, is seeking a Junior Legal Advisor to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a wide range of legal matters, including contract review, dispute resolution, governance, and compliance. The ideal candidate will bring 3–5 years of legal experience, strong research and analytical skills, and the ability to provide practical, business-focused legal support.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct analysis and research on various legal matters.
• Provide advice on legal issues and assist in reviewing and drafting legal opinions, memoranda, and agreements.
• Assist in reviewing legal materials and other documents to identify critical issues that require action.
• Draft formalities related to the settlement of disputes and monitor the implementation of legal clauses.
• Support the Manager of the Legal Affairs Office in providing general legal counsel, aiming to minimize risks in current, ongoing, and future contracts with external parties (partners, tenants, consultants, suppliers, etc.).
• Exercise legal representation with external parties—private or governmental, locally or internationally—in all matters of a legal nature.
• Assist and provide strategic and operational support in legal areas across the company’s business.
• Support the handling of claims, disputes, and legal proceedings, including negotiating and executing settlement agreements (in-court, out-of-court, or via arbitration).
• Provide legal guidance on corporate governance matters for the Authority and its affiliates/subsidiaries.
• Represent the organization in lead hearings for dispute resolution and liaise with governmental and private entities.
• Promote an ethical work culture and adopt best practices in corporate governance and legal compliance.
• Ensure compliance with internal communication strategies that foster effective communication across the organization.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Law.
• 3–5 years of experience in legal practice.
• Effective communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Strong teamwork and client service orientation.
• High sense of responsibility, self-motivation, and determination to succeed.
• Analytical and creative thinking with strong planning, organizational, and time management skills.
• Knowledge of legal research methods and reporting techniques.
• Strong research and drafting abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with integrity.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Strategic mindset with attention to detail.
