Our client, a leading consultancy in the UAE, is looking for a Business Set-up Advisor (Sales) to join their growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and has a solid understanding of the UAE’s business setup landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage with potential clients interested in starting or expanding their businesses in the UAE
• Provide expert advice on company formation, trade licensing, and visa services
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective follow-ups and deal closures

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in business setup, PRO services, real estate, or banking
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of the UAE’s business and regulatory environment
• Highly proactive, sales-driven, and customer-focused
