What's the brief? Our client is a dynamic global leader in student placement and educational services seeking their next Group Manager - Remuneration. Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, this pivotal role is at the heart of designing and executing their remuneration and rewards strategies. You’ll lead frameworks, policies, and processes that align with the organisation's ambitious business goals, ensuring a balance between global scalability and local relevance.

You’ll develop and refine the Total Rewards Strategy, ensuring it aligns with objectives while staying ahead of market trends and regulatory requirements. Managing executive remuneration frameworks and global employee share plans, you’ll work with external consultants to deliver exceptional solutions. Your role will involve overseeing the annual remuneration review cycle, including variable pay structures like short and long term incentive plans, tailored to diverse markets. You’ll guide and mentor a talented team, collaborating with the People Experience Leadership Team to enhance the organisation's Employee Value Proposition. Above all, you’ll bring your expertise to high stakes discussions with the Board and Remuneration Committee, crafting narratives that influence pivotal decisions.
Where You’ll Make an Impact In this role, you’ll define and implement a forward-thinking remuneration and rewards roadmap that positions the organisation as an employer of choice globally. Your strategic leadership will shape key policies, ensuring equity and excellence while preparing influential reports like the Annual Remuneration Report. Across more than 30 countries, you’ll establish competitive pay structures that align with local markets and global benchmarks. Your operational excellence will shine as you drive the execution of complex processes, from incentive plan administration to remuneration reviews and executive benchmarking. Leading a high performing team, you’ll foster a culture of trust, innovation, and collaboration, navigating the challenges of a rapidly growing organization with confidence and vision.
What Sets You Apart - Remuneration & Reward Expertise: Significant experience leading Remuneration & Rewards functions in complex, global environments, with a proven ability to design and execute strategic frameworks.
- ASX Listed Experience: Expertise in managing remuneration, benefits, and equity plans, with a strong grasp of ASX listed company requirements and global regulatory frameworks.
- Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with SuccessFactors or similar HRIS platforms is highly desirable.
- Leadership Excellence: Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders, present complex information concisely, and build trusted relationships across all levels of the organisation.
- Strategic Vision: A deep understanding of remuneration philosophy, combined with sharp analytical insights and the ability to balance high level strategy with operational detail.
