- 6 months
- 3 days per week (0.6 EFT) – flexible structure
- Hybrid – ideally 1 day onsite (Eastern suburbs) each week
Who are they? A respected healthcare provider is navigating a period of organisational change and they need a capable, individual to support the back end of that work. You won’t be front and centre in union meetings or running restructures but you
will be the person quietly pulling it all together behind the scenes. Think: comms drafts, data wrangling, workforce profiling, and making sure meetings happen when and how they should.
You’ll be responsible for: - Drafting internal comms and letters relating to restructure activities
- Supporting workforce profiling and gap analysis work
- Providing award, NES and Fair Work interpretation
- Setting up meetings, following up actions, and keeping things humming in the background
- Generating system-based reports and working with HRIS data
What's in your toolkit? - Strong foundational knowledge of IR frameworks, NES, awards/agreements
- Prior experience supporting organisational change
- Confidence in juggling multiple priorities with discretion
- Ability to work independently but collaboratively within a team
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to apply)
This is a great role for someone who enjoys the operational side of HR, can be trusted with sensitive work, and doesn’t need the limelight to make an impact.
