As they prepare for another acquisition, they’re looking for a commercially savvy HR Manager to join the leadership team and help shape what’s next.

Where You'll Make an Impact - Partner with the CEO, service and sales leaders, and board to support strategic workforce planning and talent development
- Strengthen relationships with leaders in other states
- Continue the integration across the organisations entities
- Implement a training matrix and support the rollout of a capability framework and LMS
- Support leaders with recruitment, succession, and individual development planning
- Champion change – from team restructures to building a more connected culture across states
- Consolidate HR files, streamline onboarding, and own key admin processes (SharePoint, Pronto, LMS)
What You Bring to the Table - Experienced HR leader (ideally from a growth environment) with strong commercial instincts
- Skilled in stakeholder management across sales, operations, and technical teams
- Resilient, flexible and confident in ambiguity – you enjoy bringing order to complexity
- Not afraid to get stuck into the admin while also influencing at executive level
- Bonus points if you’ve supported acquisition integration or worked in distributed teams
