This HR Business Partner role is focused on lifting leadership capability and embedding a more strategic, business-led people function across operations. You’ll be stepping into a well-respected brand with solid foundations and the appetite for smarter, more forward-thinking HR.

Your Role in Action
• Partner with Ops and Technical leaders across production, warehousing, supply chain, and R&D
• Provide day-to-day advice on ER, engagement, performance, and workforce planning
• Coach leaders and support the shift to more leader-led HR practices
• Play a key role in rolling out HR initiatives, such as HRIS implementation, OD, talent, and C&B projects
• Drive organisational uplift and capability development across ANZ
• Support change and culture initiatives- including key global programs already in motion
Your Toolkit
• Experience in a generalist HR role (Senior Advisor or BP level)
• Confident managing ER cases end to end
• Excellent stakeholder management skills- especially with Ops leaders
• Confident communicator and practical problem solver
• Comfortable with ambiguity and change
• Experience in environments like FMCG, manufacturing, or supply chain is a plus
