What’s the brief?
Our client is reshaping its People & Culture ecosystem and we’re looking for a HR Analyst who can help design and deliver meaningful change. You’ll be part of the Business Transformation team, working closely with People leaders to rewire the way work gets done. This is less about writing up requirements and more about translating ambiguity into action. It's a rare opportunity to help shift the core people practice of a national health provider. Analysing current people processes and mapping the gaps against where the org needs to go.
Designing new frameworks, templates, and operating models to support scalable, human centred HR practice.
Supporting HRIS implementation and process redesign across key people systems.
Creating transformation roadmaps, building business cases, and keeping change projects grounded in employee experience.
Bringing sharp insight and structure to shifting priorities and making sure nothing gets lost in translation.
Your toolkit
Experience as a BA (HR, transformation, or large org projects).
Sharp thinker, structured operator, and natural communicator.
Understands the difference between ‘change’ and ‘transformation’ and has experience navigating both.
Knows how to work with senior stakeholders and get consensus without the drama.
Experience in HRIS implementation, Agile methods, or consulting environments is a plus but not essential.
You’ll be working with a small but mighty team that moves fast and cares about getting it right not just getting it done. Expect healthy challenges, good laughs, and meaningful work.
