Construction Residential Sale
Salary - $55K-65K depending on experience.
Estimate of total yearly pay with commission is $85K-$125K
M-F 8 am - 5 pm
Must be Construction Savvy
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred

• Identify and engage prospective customers through networking, outreach, and cold calling.
• Develop and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
• Conduct in-person visits and presentations to promote products and services.
• Build and sustain long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Maintain effective working relationships with cross-functional teams to support the sales process.
• Assist in setting and achieving sales goals and strategies.
• Provide regular updates on sales activity, progress toward goals, and any roadblocks encountered.
• Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services.
• Participate in ongoing product and sales training to enhance skills and effectiveness.
• Accurately track and document sales activities, customer interactions, and lead status using CRM software.
