Role Overview

• Inbound call center position handling commercial auto insurance inquiries.
• Will also make outbound follow-up calls and respond to website leads.
• This is a team-based, collaborative environment – no individual sales quotas or commissions.
• Sales process includes assessing client needs, answering questions, and following up to close the sale. Some clients purchase immediately; others require multiple touchpoints.
• No underwriting responsibilities – agents collaborate with internal underwriters as needed.
• About 50% of time is on the phone (inbound/outbound); the rest is spent on follow-ups and internal coordination.

Licensing

• Active P&C license preferred, but not required.
• The company will cover 100% of licensing costs and allow study time during work hours.

Ideal Experience

• Associate degree required; Bachelor’s strongly preferred.
• Strong customer service and sales ability.
• Background in call centers or reservation centers is ideal.
• Seeking outgoing, service-oriented individuals who thrive in a collaborative environment.

Position Details

• Hourly Pay: $27–$28/hr.
• Schedule: Monday–Friday
• 8:00 AM–4:30 PM or 8:30 AM–5:00 PM (30-minute lunch)
• Hybrid Work: Available after 6–9 weeks of training (or longer if not licensed)
