Contract to Hire Opportunity Responsibilities:
Prepare, review, and file contracts, litigation, foreclosure, and real estate documents, including titles, deeds, and tax certificates
Manage case progression for quiet title, pre-deed litigation, evictions, and partitions across multiple jurisdictions
Coordinate noticing requirements, filings, and legal communications with involved parties
Assist with real estate closings, property liquidations, bankruptcies, tax sales, and financial transactions
Conduct legal research, draft land descriptions, and support lien acquisition opportunities
Provide training for team members and collaborate with operations to streamline processes
Process invoices and perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree, Associates Degree
Minimum of 2 years experience in a Paralegal/Legal Assistant role, real estate experience/ background a plus
Highly organized and able to track case from initial contact through closing
Strong attention to detail with high level of accuracy and time management
Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, SharePoint and Word programs as well as ability to learn and effectively operate computer and associated software programs including NetSuite and TrackVia.
