Looking to grow your career in commercial and agricultural lending? We’re seeking a motivated Bank Loan Officer to build lasting client relationships, provide tailored financial solutions, and manage a strong loan portfolio.

Compensation: Starting at $60,000+ depending on experience. Top performers with exceptional skills could earn up to $100,000.
What You’ll Do

• Develop new client relationships and grow existing accounts
• Manage commercial and agricultural loan portfolios
• Analyze credit applications and make lending decisions
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve complex issues
• Stay current with lending laws, policies, and market trends

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred
• 3+ years in banking or lending
• 2+ years in credit and sales/negotiation
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to travel between locations as needed
